Most custom apparel websites are brokers. They take your order, send it to an anonymous factory, and mark up the price. You never know who is making your gear or where it comes from.
We work differently. Every stitch, print, and engraving happens at our Milton facility. Embroidery runs on our Tajima machines. Screen printing runs on our M&R presses. Direct-to-garment printing runs on our Kornit printers. Laser engraving runs on our CO2 systems.

Whether you need 12 embroidered polos in Bellevue or 5,000 screen-printed shirts in Tacoma, our Milton facility handles every order in-house.
Custom embroidery. Intricate logo work, custom patches, and durable stitching on polos, jackets, caps, and workwear. Best for professional uniforms and repeat-use gear.
Screen printing. The most cost-effective method for bulk orders of 48 pieces or more. Vivid, opaque ink that holds up on construction sites and at community events.
Direct-to-garment (DTG). Water-based inkjet printing for photographs, gradients, and small orders under 24 pieces. No screens required.
Direct-to-film (DTF). Full-color designs on polyester, nylon, spandex, and performance fabrics. The only method that works reliably on synthetic blends.
Laser engraving. Precision branding on polyester and performance wear. No minimum order.
Design and pre-production. Custom artwork, digitizing, and fabric selection advice. We take your rough concept and turn it into a print-ready file.
Every order follows the same steps. We do not skip them, even when you are in a hurry.
Tell us garment type, quantity, decoration method, and artwork. We respond within one business day.
We open your file and tell you immediately which methods will work. If your logo needs cleanup, our art director handles it in-house.
We send a mockup showing your design on the actual garment color and style.
For qualifying orders, we produce a physical sample on your actual garment. You approve before we run the full batch.
Your order runs on our equipment in Milton. No outsourcing.
Every piece is inspected, sorted by size, and folded to prevent creasing.
Standard turnaround is 10 business days after sample approval for embroidery and screen printing. Small DTG orders ship in 7 days. Rush service is available.

Embroidery starts at 8 pieces. Screen printing starts at 48 pieces. DTG starts at 12 and DTF at 24 pieces. Laser engraving has no minimum. Orders below the minimum carry a $50 small-batch fee.
Standard production is 10 business days after sample approval. Small DTG orders ship in 7 days. Rush service is available for deadline-driven orders.
If your order does not match the approved proof, we reprint it at no cost. If we miss your agreed deadline, you do not pay.
